1. Billing & Payment Terms
All services offered by Wnn Global Pvt Ltd, including website hosting, email hosting, domain services, and related IT solutions, are provided on a prepaid basis.
- Clients are required to make full payment on or before the due date mentioned in the invoice.
- Invoices are generated and shared in advance of the service expiry date.
- Failure to make payment on time may result in interruption of services.
2. Renewal Policy
- Clients are responsible for renewing their services before the expiry date.
- Renewal reminders may be sent via email, SMS, or other communication channels.
- Non-receipt of reminders does not exempt the client from timely payment.
3. Grace Period
- A grace period of 7 days from the due date is provided to complete the payment.
- During this period, services will remain active without interruption.
- After the grace period expires, services become subject to suspension.
4. Service Suspension
- If payment is not received within the grace period, Wnn Global Pvt Ltd reserves the right to suspend all associated services without further notice.
- Suspended services may include, but are not limited to:
- Website hosting
- Email hosting
- Server access
- Wnn Global Pvt Ltd shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience, loss of business, or disruption caused due to such suspension.
5. Service Termination
- If payment remains unpaid beyond 15–30 days after suspension, services may be permanently terminated.
- Upon termination:
- All associated data, files, emails, and backups may be permanently deleted.
- Recovery of data after termination is not guaranteed.
6. Data Responsibility
- Clients are solely responsible for maintaining backups of their data.
- Wnn Global Pvt Ltd is not liable for any data loss due to service suspension, termination, or technical issues arising from non-payment.
7. Reactivation of Services
- Suspended services will be reactivated only after full payment of all outstanding dues.
- Reactivation may take up to 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.
- Additional reactivation or late fees may apply where applicable.
8. Late Payments & Charges
- Wnn Global Pvt Ltd reserves the right to impose late fees or reactivation charges for delayed payments.
- Continued delay in payment may affect future service eligibility.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Wnn Global Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for:
- Any direct or indirect loss of business
- Loss of revenue or profits
- Data loss or downtime
- arising due to service suspension, termination, or delayed payments.
10. Policy Acceptance
- By availing services from Wnn Global Pvt Ltd, the client agrees to comply with the terms outlined in this policy.
- This policy may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
