7. Payments & Billing
- Payments must be made as per agreed quotation, invoice, or subscription plan
- All fees are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated
- Delayed payments may lead to service suspension or termination
- Applicable taxes (GST or others) shall be borne by the client
8. Support & Maintenance
Support and maintenance services are provided only if included in the agreement or purchased separately. Service levels and response times depend on the selected plan or SLA.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all non-public, technical, commercial, and business information shared during the engagement.
This obligation remains valid even after termination of services.
